Privacy policy

This policy explains how Sahab Almustaqbal ("we") collects, uses and protects your data when you use this website or contact us through WhatsApp or the contact form. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.

Data we collect

• Contact form: your name, mobile number, organisation, the service you need and any details you write.
• WhatsApp Business: when you message our WhatsApp number we receive, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, your display name, number, the messages and media you send, and your choices from the services menu.
• Visit statistics: pages visited, traffic source, device and browser type, and approximate country. We use a random identifier in a first-party cookie only. We use no third-party advertising or tracking tools, and we do not link these statistics to your name or number.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries and to provide, quote and follow up on the services you request.
• To open and manage support tickets with our customer service team.
• To send WhatsApp messages about your request. We only send marketing messages if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.
• To improve the website and understand what matters to our visitors.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run our services, such as Meta (WhatsApp Business) and our hosting provider, or when an authority lawfully requires it.

Storage and security

Data is kept on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised staff according to their role. Our Meta connection keys are stored encrypted. We keep data for as long as we work with you, and afterwards only as long as accounting and legal rules require.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or stop marketing messages.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

Data deletion requests

To delete your data, message us on WhatsApp or by email (details below) with "Delete my data" and your mobile number. We delete your conversations and contact details within 30 days of confirming the request, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
